The Michigan Wolverines already have a top class in 2024. After five-star quarterback Jadyn Davis committed last week, the Wolverines got more good news today. Four-star offensive lineman Andrew Sprague has committed to Michigan. He joins an already stacked class and it seems to be just the beginning.

BREAKING: Four-Star OT Andrew Sprague tells me he has Committed to Michigan!

The 6’8 275 OT from Kansas City, MO chose the Wolverines over Notre Dame, Mizzou, Nebraska, and others.

He joins Michigan’s Top 5 Class in the ‘24 Team Rankings

    Michigan Wolverines Add Andrew Sprague

Sprague is a 6-foot-8, 290-pound recruit out of Kansas City, Missouri. Michigan beat out USC, Penn State, Wisconsin, and many more schools. There were definitely no shortage of suitors for Sprague so Michigan winning out is a big deal. This doesn’t come as too big of a surprise as Sprague had crystal balls put in for Michigan this week. However, an official announcement is always nice. Michigan has spent the past couple of years dominating the trenches and with all of the new recruits, they look to continue that dominance.

    Struggle For Big Ten Dominance

The Big Ten is about to be a heavyweight fight. Ohio State has been hot on the recruiting trail and has been matching Michigan in terms of high-profile recruits. Wisconsin is a newcomer to the scene with Luke Fickell and his staff bringing in high-profile recruits. Their 2024 class is also already looking strong. This is not to mention Penn State and soon to be part of the Big Ten USC. These five programs plus many others have been seeing success on the recruiting trail and it should lead to some fun Big Ten seasons.

Last year around this time, many were questioning if Jim Harbaugh was good at recruiting. Now, that seems like a laughable question to ask. Harbaugh is landing high-profile recruits left and right and shows no signs of stopping. The Michigan Wolverines add Andrew Sprague as they try to continue making yearly trips to the College Football Playoff.
