Michigan football recruiting is getting used to receiving crystal balls. For the class of 2024, Michigan has taken an early lead on a number of prospects. While these are by no means done deals, insiders do not simply put in these types of predictions randomly. After a weekend of visits, it is raining crystal balls in Ann Arbor.

Michigan Football Recruiting: More Crystal Balls Scored

The Wolverines rolled out the red carpet for many top prospects this past weekend and it seems to be paying dividends already. In the last 24 hours, Michigan has scored six more crystal balls from 247 Sports insiders. It is a mix of three, four, and five-star recruits all of whom would be massive gets for the program.

OT Blake Frazier: Four-star recruit from Austin, Texas

OT Max Anderson: Four-star recruit from Frisco, Texas

QB Jadyn Davis: Five-star recruit from Charlotte, North Carolina

WR Channing Goodwin: Four-star recruit from Charlotte, North Carolina

OT Ben Roebuck: Three-star recruit from Lakewood, Ohio

LB Aaron Chiles: Four-star recruit from Olney, Maryland

2024 Class Shaping Up To Be Best Ever

If the Wolverines are able to land all of these recruits, it has the potential to be one of the best classes ever. With Davis being the main prize, the rest of the recruits would help Michigan to continue its dominance of the Big Ten. The offensive line especially has been a strength for the program and they are looking to keep the talent flowing in.  What is crazy is how the narrative has changed on recruiting. Last year, questions were being asked about Jim Harbaugh after a horrible recruiting month. Now, Harbaugh is looking to construct one of the best classes in program history.

Recruiting often has a snowball effect. When a big class comes in, more follow. Jim Harbaugh is looking to set the Michigan Wolverines up for success for years to come. They will need it as Ohio State is always a perennial contender and Wisconsin looks to become a new yearly contender.
