Micah Parsons is all set to give his best shot for the Dallas Cowboys this season. Parsons is an optimistic person and he never hesitates to shut down things that are not important. The Cowboys might be having a defensive crunch, but such things are not important for Parsons.
Recently, ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky talked about the team’s defense, mentioning the lack of size in the defensive line. While Orlovsky’s concern might be genuine, Parsons never seemed to budge and he ensured to give it back.
“There’s one person over like 280 lbs… I’m going to be very interested to see the annual question about this Cowboys defense. Are you big enough to handle the modern-day offense in the NFL?” Orlovsky said in a video on X.
Micah Parsons later on took to social media to share his response. He highlighted the team’s strong potential and how they averaged 30 points a game. Parsons took a jibe at Orlovsky saying we’ll be alright.
“Not gonna lie mf not thinking bout that run when you have a healthy Dak, ceedee and gp my rookie year with coop we averaged 30 points a game with a fluid run game! We’ll be alright!” Parsons tweeted.

The Dallas Cowboys have added some extra arms to strengthen their defense in the offseason. Orlovsky’s concern is the size of the players, which many think is not important, including Parsons.
Micah Parsons Looks Forward To Being Around His Team During OTAs
Micah Parsons is a dedicated player with a strong determination to improve his game. He loves to be consistent and he talked about the importance of training camp and attending workouts.
“I’ve got to be around the guys. There’s going to be rookies, there’s going to be free agents guys that come here you don’t know who’s going to be there, so there’s a chemistry part and people know what you can do, but people also got to see it from a leader aspect. So I still gotta be there for that part,” Micah Parsons said.

Despite his interest in being around teammates and playing the game, the Cowboys are not too worried if he misses out. Parsons was not a part of the team’s recent OTA and head coach Brian Schottenheimer described it as “in and out.”

At the same time, Schottenheimer mentioned that it means a lot to him to have Micah Parsons present during the workouts.
