Micah Parsons, linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, might join the Kansas City Chiefs if he has not won a Super Bowl by the time he is 30 years old. Parsons is currently 25 years old and has been with the Cowboys since 2021 after being selected as the 12th pick in the 1st round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Sitting down with Derrick Henry, running back for the Baltimore Ravens, in his ‘The Edge’ podcast, Parsons discussed his desire to somehow win a Super Bowl. Parsons also went on to remark that it would be wise to do what LeSean McCoy did back in his day, i.e. join the Kansas City Chiefs.
“In the next four or five years, once I hit that 30 and not where I need to be. If that ring is not right here fitted, hey, I gotta get me a ring too, dog.” Micah Parsons said to Derrick Henry on ‘The Edge’.
Micah jokes he’ll sign with the Chiefs if he doesn’t have a Super Bowl Ring by 30 🤣👀

Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys finished the 2024 NFL season in third position of the NFC East with seven wins and ten defeats. Micah Parsons Regrets Not Considering Texas During College Recruitment
In the same podcast episode, Micah Parsons also spoke out about his college football days. Parsons played for the Penn State Nittany Lions from 2018 to 2020. However, he admitted to Derrick Henry that he also had an offer from Texas, which he did not attempt to even check out.

After joining the Cowboys and moving to Dallas, Parsons experienced the game-day atmosphere in the community and felt that Texas might have inspired him a bit more than Penn State. Apart from Texas, Parsons also had multiple offers from the likes of Georgia, Ohio State, Nebraska, and Alabama. However, he ended up at Penn State.

Micah Parsons also has big plans for his children and their futures. Parsons has two children, a son, Malcolm, and a daughter, Milana. Parsons admitted that he would try to steer his children toward Texas, Penn State, or Duke if they don’t get a scholarship and he has to end up paying for their education. Parsons has, however, come a long way since Penn State. In his entire career, Parsons has managed a total of 256 tackles along with 52.5 sacks.
