Maxx Crosby, defensive end for the Las Vegas Raiders, will soon be playing his seventh season with the team and his wife, Rachel Crosby, cannot contain her excitement. Rachel shared two posts on her Instagram as a tribute to her husband’s career with the Raiders, remarking how proud she and their daughter are of him.

Maxx Crosby has solely played for the Las Vegas Raiders in his NFL season after the team grabbed him in the fourth round of the draft. Despite being a fourth-round pick, Crosby quickly proved to the team management that he was indeed a worthy choice with his excellent numbers on the field. In the 2024 season, the defensive end did face injuries but still managed to put out 28 solo tackles for the team.
“We are so proud of you Team Condor” Rachel Crosby captioned her Instagram post.
“Year 7 let’s go baby!! @maxxcrosby” Mrs. Crosby captioned another Instagram post, showing her husband posing in front of their black Rolls-Royce.

Maxx Crosby also recently received a major contract extension from the Las Vegas Raiders and will be earning $106.5 million in guaranteed money. The move made Crosby the highest-paid non-quarterback in the history of the National Football League. With the juicy deal, Crosby can be expected to do a lot better for the team in the upcoming season.
Maxx Crosby Quoted As Example By Micah Parsons Regarding Contract Extension
Meanwhile, Maxx Crosby’s juicy contract extension has definitely brought in plenty of attention from other football players, including Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons. Parsons, who is still awaiting confirmation of his contract extension, recently referred to Crosby’s contract extension as a pretty nice thing for the team to do.
“Some teams like Maxx knew they were coming up and they took care of them. Must be nice.” Micah Parsons spoke about Maxx Crosby’s contract extension with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Unfortunately, for Micah Parsons, no such promise has been undertaken by the Dallas Cowboys. The linebacker is hoping to beat Maxx Crosby and become the league’s highest-paid non-quarterback if the extension comes through. However, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has his own qualms and reservations about the same.
Jones is also known to give out contracts at the 11th hour, and hopefully Parsons may receive his right before the regular season kicks off. Jones even treated starting quarterback Dak Prescott the same way, giving him his contract extension hours before the season started.
