Marcel Reed took the Texas A&M QB1 job from Conner Weigman last season, now he’s cashing in for his efforts. As a freshman, Reed went 147-of-240 passing for 1,864 yards, 15 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He added another 547 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.
Per On3, Reed is now set to join elite company in the NIL world for college football. The six-foot-two, 180-pound athlete signed an NIL deal that will include access to a private jet, something only Quinn Ewers, Jaxson Dart, and Carson Beck have enjoyed.

Reed signed an NIL deal with ENG Aviation Group, which offers premium private jet charter services. The company also uses its aircraft as a transport for organ donations. Part of Reed’s deal is to talk to the public about organ donations.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Marcel Reed to the ENG family,” ENG president Steve Hofmann said via On3. “Marcel is a standout athlete whose determination, discipline, and leadership reflect the very values we live by at ENG—Earned. Never Given. Just as Marcel earned the trust of his coaches to lead on the field, we work every day to earn the trust of our clients by delivering world-class service and mission-critical flights.
“We’re proud to have Marcel supporting our work in time-sensitive organ transplant transportation,
and we look forward to cheering him on as he continues to rise — both on and off the field.”

The amount of money ENG Aviation Group is paying Reed for the deal is unknown as of this publishing.
Reed and Texas A&M are set to begin their regular season against UTSA at Kyle Field on Aug. 30. Reed and the Aggies will play notable marquee matchups against Notre Dame (Sept. 15), LSU (Oct. 25), and Texas (Nov. 29). Those games should be good publicity for Reed and his NIL sponsors.
