The New England Patriots signed a quarterback to a three-year deal ahead of their Week 3 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Patriots have had poor quarterback play from their starting quarterback, Mac Jones, to start the season.
The Patriots QB2, Bailey Zappe, hasn’t been much better when he’s come into games to relieve Jones. Head coach Bill Belichick backed up Jones after losing to the New Orleans Saints in Week 5. But on Saturday, the team added another quarterback for gamedays.
