The Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions are at halftime in a close matchup. There have been some hard hits in this matchup, including one to quarterback Matthew Stafford, who had to tape up his ankle on the sideline after limping off of the field. While Stafford will be good to go for the rest of this game, star receiver Puka Nacua suffered a knee injury in the second quarter, and his status for the rest of the game has been revealed.
Puka Nacua Injury
Nacua suffered a knee injury in the second quarter after he fell to the ground awkwardly while catching a pass from Stafford. The receiver was dealing with a bad knee during the offseason and training camp, and it looks like he may have aggravated it again.
Rams say WR Puka Nacua is questionable to return tonight due to a knee injury.

Nacua’s Game Status
Nacua was originally listed as questionable to return to the game, however, he was able to come back in on the Rams’ final drive of the first half. He was taken out again, though, so his status still seems to be up in the air. For now, what would have been a major blow to the offense is now just a situation to monitor if he plays throughout the rest of the game.
Great Career
Nacua was Los Angeles’ top receiver last season as a rookie, going for 1,486 receiving yards and six touchdowns. A lot of his production last season came from star receiver Cooper Kupp being injured for a lot of the 2023 season, but he was still able to be a huge factor in the team’s success last year.
Do you think the Rams will limit Nacua for the rest of the night?
