However, NFL.com places them at 27th, noting that head coach Sean McVay has historically turned the team around after tough starts, recalling last season when the Rams won seven of their final eight games after a 3-6 start.
The offense lacks its usual explosiveness due to injuries, with quarterback Matthew Stafford struggling to find his rhythm. The pass rush has also been disappointing, contributing to their defensive woes. Despite these challenges, rookie wide receiver Jordan Whittington has emerged as a bright spot, stepping up in the absence of established stars. Moreover, injuries to key players, including wide receivers Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, alongside issues on the offensive line, have severely impacted their performance.
