“It’s nothing to worry about,” McVay said. “He’ll be ready to go for training camp, but there’s a little issue when he was training. And [I’ll] kind of just leave it at that. But nothing to be concerned about.”
The Rams prepared for the possibility of him missing time by drafting a running back in the 3rd round.

The Rams drafted Blake Corum 83rd overall in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Les Snead drafted Corum because they didn’t want to overwork Williams.
“It’s a tough league; it’s a 17-game season plus playoffs, might go to 18 games one day. So we always felt like we needed to have as many quality runners as possible so we don’t just totally run down Kyren,” Snead said. “And we have one or two, or even three guys that can contribute, keep everyone fresh, and let’s go and try to impose our will.”
Corum will carry a greater workload with Williams out.
Conclusion
To conclude, Kyren Williams is currently dealing with a foot issue and will miss the rest of OTAs. Sean McVay doesn’t think Williams’s injury is serious and expects him to be ready for training camp.
In the meantime, 3rd round pick Blake Corum will carry a greater workload with Williams out.
