The Los Angeles Chargers got on the right track in Week Three when they beat the Minnesota Vikings 28-24. Injuries have been a major factor in the Chargers’ season thus far. That is no different going into Week Four.
The Los Angeles Chargers Will Likely Be Without RB Austin Ekeler And S Derwin James Against The Las Vegas Raiders

The Chargers have listed RB Austin Ekeler and S Derwin James as doubtful for Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders
This will be the third straight game that Ekeler will miss if it comes true. Ekeler has been one of the most important pieces of the Chargers offense for years. In 2022 Ekeler accounted for over 1,600 total yards and 18 total touchdowns.
There has been a lot of explosive passing plays allowed by Brandon Staley’s secondary this season, more than any other team in the NFL. When Davante Adams comes to town, you don’t want to be in that kind of shape.
Adding insult to injury, the already struggling Chargers defense might lack a key player on Sunday. His offical game status has not yet been announced, but Derwin James being listed as doubtful doesn’t bode well for the team.
