Brady was surely thinking about his own team, the Raiders, which barely achieved three wins in the entire campaign. Soon after the season came to an end, it was announced that the team was letting go of their head coach Pete Carroll. Brady himself, is expected to have a stronger say in who gets to coach the team for the upcoming campaign.
