Jared Goff, quarterback for the Detroit Lions, and his wife Christen Harper, welcomed a baby girl, Romy, a few weeks back and the couple has clearly never been happier. Recently, Harper, a Sports Illustrated SI model, was seen at the beach with her baby girl in a carrier in a sweet moment, which was captured by her best friend, Katie Austin.
Goff and Harper, who got married last year after dating for quite some time, announced a while back that they are expecting a child together. The pregnancy was certainly a key-note in the couples’ public life, since Harper had a one-of-a-kind maternity photoshoot with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. The supermodel was praised for the uniqueness of the shoot, where she showed the resilience and flexibility of the female body.

While Christen Harper gets used to being a new mom with baby Romy, her husband, Jared Goff will be getting ready for another exciting season with the Detroit Lions. Goff will have even more responsibility on his shoulders as a new father, and hopefully, this pressure translates into a positive performance for him.
Goff and the Lions only managed to make it to the divisional round in the previous NFL season, where they lost to the Washington Commanders. This time out, the team will be eager to go all out and somehow reach the Super Bowl matchup, after kicking off their season with a face-off against the Green Bay Packers in Week 1.

Jared Goff’s Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Chargers will be facing off in the Hall of Fame game to start off the festivities for the upcoming NFL season. This is the first time that either of the two teams have managed to make it to the HOF game in the history of their franchises, and fans simply cannot get enough of it. In this season, there are four inductees to the Hall of Fame, including Eric Allen, Jared Allen, Sterling Sharpe and Antonio Gates, who will be honored with golden jackets on Saturday.
After their HOF matchup against the Chargers, the Detroit Lions will play three preseason games before they get to Week 1. Jared Goff’s leadership in offense will be highly looked up to by the rest of the Lions as the team hopes to bring out a better record when compared to their previous campaign.
