The Cleveland Browns quarterback battle has been getting more interesting by the day. There was an injury to Kenny Pickett with his hamstring already this training camp period.

As for the other quarterbacks on the roster, rookie Dillon Gabriel, rookie Shedeur Sanders, and Joe Flacco have been getting reps in training camp as well. Gabriel has been one of the leaders of being the first team starting quarterback for the Browns in 2025 potentially.
Cleveland Browns Insider Lists Injury Update For Quarterback Dillon Gabriel

Daniel Oyefusi, a Browns insider for espn.com, posted on his Twitter page an injury update on the Browns rookie quarterback. Oyefusi said,
“Browns QB Dillon Gabriel will be limited in team drills today because of tightness in his hamstring, per Kevin Stefanski.”
Well, this won’t be good news for the Browns. Gabriel has been getting a lot of first-team reps during the preseason. It will be interesting to see how Cleveland will handle the quarterback reps throughout the week before the first preseason games for them. If he is more injured during the week, it will be interesting to see if Gabriel will play in the first game or not. This injury occurred during Saturday’s practice.
