The Las Vegas Raiders were 2-12 entering Sunday’s matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Raiders had the number one overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft before kickoff against Jacksonville. On Sunday, Las Vegas won over the Jaguars by a final score of 19-14.
With the win, the Las Vegas Raiders improved to 3-12 on the season and Jacksonville also dropped to 3-12. Because of the win, the Raiders dropped from having the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft to the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. This was a crazy move in the draft standings.
Las Vegas Raiders Fans React To Winning Against the Jacksonville Jaguars
To no surprise, the Raiders fans went to Twitter after the win against the Jaguars. Las Vegas winning hurts their chances of getting the number one pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. This is what some of the fans said on Twitter:

This win should only cost the team 10 more years of sub .500 seasons. At least they got a W 😅😅😅

There are still two games to go in the regular season to see where the Las Vegas Raiders will draft in 2025. The Raiders will need to find its next franchise quarterback at some point because Aidan O’Connell is not the long-term answer.
Current Draft Order
The New York Giants currently have the number one pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Giants have a 2-13 record and they are now the heavy favorites to land the number one overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The 2-6 order are all teams who are currently 3-12.
The New England Patriots would pick second, the Jacksonville Jaguars would pick third, the Tennessee Titans would pick fourth, the Cleveland Browns would pick fifth, and the Las Vegas Raiders would pick sixth. Other than the Giants, Tennessee, Cleveland, and Las Vegas all could potentially draft a quarterback this offseason.
The Jaguars and Titans will play each other one more time this NFL season. The Raiders will face the New Orleans Saints next week. This fanbase hopes they don’t win another game for the rest of the season. Shedeur Sanders of Colorado and Cam Ward of Miami will be the top two quarterbacks drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft.
