Lane Johnson, Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle, had a cheeky comment on his proposal pics to longtime girlfriend Kelsey Holmer. Johnson and Holmer announced that they got engaged and shared several pictures on social media. In the pictures, the two lovebirds can be seen wearing all-white, with Homer showing off her new shiny diamond ring.

Johnson has been playing as an offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles since 2013 after the team selected him as the fourth pick in the very first round of the NFL draft. Before stepping foot into the league, Johnson played college football for Kilgore College and the Oklahoma Sooners from 2009 to 2012.

“Lots to celebrate” Kelsey Holmer, Lane Johnson’s fiancée, wrote in her Instagram post.

“Now we both have rings!” Lane Johnson commented on Homer’s pictures, referencing his Super Bowl rings with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Lane Johnson has managed to win two Super Bowls with the Philadelphia Eagles. The latest one came by early this year, when the Eagles thrashed the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Philadelphia put up an impressive 40-22 win to take the trophy home.

Johnson and Holmer have been dating since 2022 after the offensive tackle broke up with Chelsea Goodman. The breakup sent Johnson into depression and Holmer was apparently a huge part of his recovery.

Lane Johnson’s Team Hit A Home-Run With Saquon Barkley, Says Travis Kelce

Lane Johnson’s team, the Philadelphia Eagles, have been clever enough to build a very talented roster which mainly contributed to their success in the 2024 NFL season. Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce, recently spoke to his former teammate, Brandon Graham, and the two discussed how the Philadelphia Eagles were able to hit a homerun by bringing in Saquon Barkley.

It is indeed true that Saquon Barkley’s presence in the team has done wonders for the Philadelphia Eagles, particularly for quarterback Jalen Hurts. In the 2024 NFL season, Barkley’s performance drastically improved Philadelphia’s performance.

With a mix like Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts, the Philadelphia Eagles managed to finish at the top of the NFC East after winning a whopping 14 games and losing only three on the season. The Philadelphia Eagles eventually went on to meet the Kansas City Chiefs, who won the last season, in the Super Bowl. Philadelphia crushed Kansas City and managed to lift the Super Bowl trophy. This was Saquon Barkley’s first Super Bowl ring in his NFL career.
