Kyren Williams, running back for the Los Angeles Rams, recently dropped an impressive remark on what he expects to do for the team in the upcoming season, despite not having received an extension yet. Williams will currently enter the final year of his four-year rookie contract with the Rams and is looking forward to a juicier deal.

However, the negotiations between Kyren Williams and the Los Angeles Rams have not been fruitful as of yet. Still, it seems like the running back is pretty positive about the deal with the Rams and spoke to reporters thus in a recent press conference.
“For me, it’s a lot bigger than the contract negotiations. For me, it’s putting my feet on the ground and continuing to get better, continuing to keep being who I am…I’m trying to facilitate it to be the best that I can be. And so, for me, being here right now is a no-brainer.” Kyren Williams spoke about his contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams in a recent conversation with reporters.

Kyren Williams also admitted that he does not mind if the contract talks go into the regular season and that he would still put on his best performance for the team regardless of this. According to recent reports, Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay revealed that he would definitely have a one-on-one conversation with Williams’ agent Drew Rosenhaus and discuss the particulars of the deal.
Kyren Williams’ Weaknesses Exposed By Head Coach Sean McVay
Meanwhile, Kyren Williams still has plenty to do if he plans on churning out bigger numbers for the Los Angeles Rams in the upcoming NFL season. In the 2024 NFL campaign, Williams managed to chalk up 14 touchdowns for the team and will be eager to do better next year.

In a conversation that head coach Sean McVay had with reporters recently, Williams needs to work on two particular areas before he heads into the 2025 season, i.e. his ball security and explosive plays. It seems like Kyren Williams is already doing his best to fix these flaws before the 2025 NFL season.
The Los Angeles Rams will be as a unit trying to improve their record from the previous season as they soon kick off their 2025 NFL campaign with a matchup against the Houston Texans in Week 1. In the 2024 season, the Rams only made it as far as the divisional round and the team will be keeping their fingers crossed to get closer to the Lombardi trophy this time out.
