Kirk Cousins is most likely in his last year with the Minnesota Vikings. While we are in the middle of this offseason, analysts have already started to piece together where Cousins could end up in 2024. According to some reports, there is going to be a bidding war between the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49ers for Cousins.

Kirk Cousins Rumored To Be Pursued By Rams And 49ers

While there has been plenty of criticism of Cousins over the years, he is one of the most productive quarterbacks in the league. Matthew Stafford is in the twilight of his career and injuries will likely prevent him from coming back in 2024. Cousins would be able to slot in and be able to establish a connection with Cooper Kupp. The 49ers are in quarterback limbo and if Brock Purdy doesn’t come back healthy, they could be looking for stability. The potential bidding war should be exciting for Kirk Cousins.

    A Dream For Cousins

If you are Cousins, this is exactly what you want to hear. This will likely drive the price up for his services. Also, a team like the 49ers being in is a good thing. The talent on that roster is immense and they are ready to win now. If he is looking to grab a ring for his legacy, the 49ers would make the most sense. Don’t count out the Rams though. Kupp is one of the best receivers and Sean McVay has proven he can create a Super Bowl winning team.

For all the jokes about him, Kirk Cousins seems to be in line for another huge payday in 2024. This will be a situation to monitor throughout the season depending on what happens with all three of these teams.
