Pop superstar Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce had the internet on the verge of collapsing when they performed onstage together during a leg of Swift’s The Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium in London. People are still actually buzzing about it, and it’s likely to still be talked about for days and weeks.
Exchanging football uniform for a tuxedo, Kelce went onstage while Swift was transitioning to the song “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” He even carried her in front of the thousands of fans who came to watch the multi-Grammy award-winning music artist.
A fun idea for Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce

Meanwhile, KCTV5 sports anchor KCTV5 piqued people’s interest when he posted a suggestion online about Kelce having a press conference after Swifts’ concert – something like Kelce usually does after Chiefs games.
“So the 3x Super Bowl champion tight end of the Kansas City Chiefs has joined his superstar girlfriend on stage in front of Paul McCartney and 89k in London. A real sentence. Of all the timelines, this is the greatest. Long live Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce.”
This is the sports anchor in me but would love an Eras Tour postgame press conference. What did Taylor think of Travis’ effort out there, what could be improved, pre-show prep etc. I mean let’s get some hard hitting Q’s in here

Here are some of the responses from fans on X (formerly Twitter):
“This week’s podcast is going to break records! Their entire pod needs to just be the “out of the house” segment!!!!”
“The games are won in the trenches.”
“My hope is that an extra weekend of Eras Tour shows is added the Bye week of the Chiefs at Arrowhead in Oct…it would be the weekend before Miami and a perfect celebration of the last year!”
“He needs to wear this fit to the first day of training camp. If not that he needs to be decked out in all ERAS tour merch.”
“Well Coach, we need a Peter Pan red light green light blue on 87. The clicking of the heels could have been higher and I could have dead lifted the girl, but I gave it my best try.”
Whether you love it or hate it, the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce hype train appears to be here to stay.
