The Kansas City Chiefs are learning of a shocking murder charge that is rocking not only the team, but the city as a whole. Details are still being released, however this is what we know so far.
Breaking: Kansas City Chiefs Rocked By Shocking Murder Trial (Report)

A group of Kansas City Chiefs fans were found frozen to death in the backyard of their friend’s house in January 2024:
Two Missouri men already facing charges in the mysterious case of three friends found dead outside a Kansas City home after watching a Chiefs football game will appear in court Thursday to face murder charges for the first time.
Fox News reports that the Platte County Circuit Court will hold a preliminary hearing for Jordan R. Willis and Ivory “Blade” Carson.
The two are facing amended second-degree felony-murder charges in the deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans.
Ricky Johnson, Clayton McGeeney, and David Harrington were discovered dead on January 9 outside the Kansas City house of their buddy Jordan Willis. The group of Chiefs fans was at Willis’ place to watch the team’s regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The men’s bodies were discovered outside in freezing temperatures.

Willis and Ivory J. Carson were charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter as well as two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
A forensic exam determined that Harrington, McGeeney, and Johnson “all died of fentanyl and cocaine combined toxicity,” according to court documents.
Now, prosecutors are alleging that Willis and Carson supplied the drugs that led to the fatal overdoses. Because of that, the state is pursuing murder charges under Missouri’s felony murder rule.
The men have pleaded not guilty, per Fox News.
Clayton McGeeney, 36, Ricky Johnson, 38, and David Harrington, 37, were discovered outside of Jordan Willis’ Platte County home in January 2024.
All three men died of fentanyl and cocaine combined toxicity, a doctor with Forensic Medical of Kansas determined.
Willis and Ivory J. Carson were both charged with a single count of delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of involuntary manslaughter for “recklessly causing the deaths” of the three men.
Prosecutors are asking a judge to upgrade the three involuntary manslaughter charges to murder in the second degree.
Thursday’s hearing will determine whether there’s enough evidence to proceed to trial.
Willis is currently out on bond, and Carson remains in custody.
