The Kansas City Chiefs played the Houston Texans on Saturday in a potential preview of a matchup we could see in the postseason. There were many doubts about the Chiefs going into the game after quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered an ankle injury in last week’s win against the Cleveland Browns, putting his status throughout the week in question. However, the NFL fans are accusing the star quarterback of faking his injury after he scored a rushing touchdown early in the game.
Kansas City Chiefs QB Faking Injury?
Fans are accusing the Kansas City quarterback of making his ankle injury seem more serious than it was to “fit the script.” Mahomes was seen being carted out of the locker room after last week’s injury, but his ankle did not seem to bother him on this rushing touchdown in Saturday’s game.
High ankle sprain? 😂

NFL Fans React
Because of the way he and the Chiefs have won their games, especially this season, Mahomes has been accused of several things in his career. From accusations involving the officials making calls in his favor to faking this injury to paint him in a more positive light, fans have seemed to have it out for the veteran this year.
