During the first half of the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers, wide receiver Rashee Rice was injured by quarterback Patrick Mahomes after trying to make a tackle. Rice was carted off the field and he did not return to the game.

Rashee Rice has been one of the best playmakers for the Chiefs so far this season. If they lose him for a lengthy period, it will not be good for Kansas City.
Head Coach Andy Reid Provides Massive Update On the Kansas City Chiefs Star Wide Receiver Rashee Rice

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid was asked by CBS Sports about the Rice injury during the game. Reid responded:
“It’s not good.”
This is not good news for the Chiefs. It will be interesting to see what else Andy Reid has to say after the game about the star wide receiver in Kansas City. For a team that is trying to three-peat, this is a massive blow to this offense.

These are some interesting reactions to Andy Reid’s comments about it not being good news for Rice. If Rice is indeed out for the season, it would not be a surprise to see them potentially make a move for a wide receiver in either free agency or a trade. There will be many more reactions once this game goes final and also for the upcoming week ahead.
