LOOK: Justin Jefferson Devastated After Minneapolis Hate Crime Shooting Leaves Two Dead, Six Fighting For Life

Justin Jefferson, wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, recently shared a post by the team’s official Instagram account in the wake of the Minneapolis shootings earlier this week. On Wednesday, a shooter named Robin Westman opened fire at Annunciation Church, firing more than 100 rifle rounds and killing two children, aged 10 and 8.

17 others were injured because of the shooting, and six are fighting for their lives right now. The shooter was apparently planning the attack for quite some time and managed to get the three guns legally. Westman also hated everyone, especially children, and only empathized with mass murderers, as revealed by a recent police investigation.

Justin Jefferson is, of course, not the only one who has called out the shootings in the United States of America and asked for more responsibility on the part of the government. Many have been voicing their anger against the government and President Donald Trump to change the gun laws after frequent shootings in the United States. School shootings have unfortunately become pretty common across the country, with no positive change predicted to happen soon.

Justin Jefferson Will Play For Vikings In Week 1

According to recent reports, wide receiver Justin Jefferson will definitely be playing for the Minnesota Vikings in the first week of the 2025 NFL season. Earlier this week, head coach Kevin O’Connell revealed to reporters that Jefferson is sure to play for the team after the player seems to have fully recovered from his hamstring injury.

The Minnesota Vikings are scheduled to take on the Chicago Bears in Week 1 of the upcoming football season. The team will be hoping to put on a better show after their performance in the previous NFL season which only got them as far as the Wild Card Round.

The team has also not been too impressive in this preseason, winning only the first game and losing the next two. In the preseason finale last weekend, the Minnesota Vikings locked horns with the New England Patriots and lost the game with a final 20-12 score. Minnesota’s quarterbacks Max Brosmer and Sam Howell each scored a single touchdown in that game. Fans are hoping that the team starts off on the right note in this new season.
