Joy Taylor, popular sports media personality, is definitely not done with her career and has plenty of projects lined up, according to the latest episode of her podcast ‘Let Her Shoot’. Taylor is currently on vacay in Barcelona, and the trip has definitely uplifted her mood from recent days after her firing from FOX Sports was announced.
In an appearance on another podcast, Taylor’s mood was definitely not as positive as it is right now, since the renowned sports reporter admitted that she feels like taking a break from it all, especially because the last year alone was pretty tough.
“I’ll have a lot of announcements coming up. You know, as far as everything that happened, that’s the business. Nothing is forever, as all these cliches, but that is what it is. You know, (I’m ) grateful, I had nine years on a network and the next chapter will be equally as exciting. I’m not limiting myself. I’ve worked with a bunch of different people over the years, people I never thought that I would end up partnering up with. It might surprise people what the next move is… I am not confirming that I’m going to (Barstool). When I went to Fox, a lot of people were surprised. I’m not teasing anything, but we’ll have announcements very soon.” Joy Taylor says in a recent teaser of her podcast ‘Let Her Shoot’.

Joy Taylor’s contract was not renewed as her show ‘Speak’ faced cancellation from FOX Network, along with several other shows. While the network did cite budgeting issues for this, others felt that Taylor’s contract was not renewed because of the ongoing lawsuit by a former FOX employee, which names the sports reporter in it.
Joy Taylor Visits Nephew Mason Taylor At Training Camp
Before she left for a trip to Barcelona, it looks like Joy Taylor took some time off to visit her nephew, Mason Taylor at the New York Jets training camp. Mason was selected by the team in the second round of the draft and Joy Taylor could not have been a happier aunt, basking in her nephew’s success.
Joy Taylor shared a picture of herself in a white co-ords, standing next to a towering Mason Taylor at the camp, captioning that her nephew is truly a New York Jet. Mason Taylor and the Jets will soon kick off their 2025 NFL campaign against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1.
