Joy Taylor, former Fox Sports host, made a surprise appearance on former NFL quarterback Cam Newton’s ‘Funky Friday’ podcast and she definitely spilled enough tea to last a couple of weeks. Taylor, who has been out of a job ever since the network cut her and cancelled her show, discussed a number of topics in the show, including the weird DMs she gets from other celebrities who are interested in dating her.
Taylor revealed that she definitely does not want to be in a relationship with another celebrity, which is bound to be under media scrutiny all the time. She also admitted that she gets many blunt DMs and that they are definitely not enough to gain her attention.

“I don’t want to be in a public relationship. So, I would not speak on a relationship if I was in one. I’ve done it before. It’s not a good experience for me. I was showing Kenny some DMs. … ‘Can I hit?’ is not going to get it done. Why do you trust that I won’t post these? Isn’t that crazy?” Joy Taylor said about the DMs she gets in Cam Newton’s ‘Funky Friday’ podcast last week.

Joy Taylor, having been in the limelight for the majority of her career, has been pretty open about her dating preferences. In an interview right before her firing from Fox, the sportscaster revealed that she would never date a “man of God” and that she would want someone who understands her world. Taylor also admitted that she is open to dating younger men and would go “as low as 25”.
Joy Taylor Opens Up On Lawsuit Against Her By Former Fox Employee
In the same podcast episode, Joy Taylor also spoke about the lawsuit which names her along with several others by a former Fox employee. Taylor has been accused of sexual misconduct and that she slept with Charlie Dixon to move up the ladder.

“I’m much better now than I was obviously at the beginning of the year. It’s been a unique experience for me in my life. I’ve been through a lot of sh*t, but this one was different.” Joy Taylor revealed in the ‘Funky Friday’ podcast with Cam Newton
Even though she went through some choppy waters during her time with Fox Sports, Joy Taylor remarked that she is definitely proud of her time with the network. The sportscaster went on to add that she managed to achieve her daily goal of ensuring that her voice is heard on an equal platform like the other men in her workplace.
