Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback, is definitely one of the top signal-callers in the league today. Burrow has certainly impressed numerous NFL analysts, including Nick Wright, who has been pretty vocal about his fondness for the Bengals’ playmaker. However, it looks like Burrow has a new contender in none other than Buffalo Bills quarterback, Josh Allen, in Wright’s list.
Wright discussed Allen and Burrow’s position in the top NFL quarterbacks list in Wednesday’s episode of ‘First Things First’, dismissing Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator, Steve Spagnuolo’s opinion that the Cincinnati Bengals QB deserves the second spot in the list, right below Patrick Mahomes.
“Maybe Burrow is the second best quarterback in football. But then after last year, not because Burrow wasn’t excellent… but more because of what how impressive I thought what Josh Allen did was for a team that a lot of people … a lot of people thought was not talented enough to compete at a championship level. For him, to win league MVP with those weapons around him, to do what he did, get his team in his second career conference championship game, do all of that. To me, that elevated him ahead of Joe. I’ve always been a Joe Burrow guy. … I just think Josh Allen at this point is a better player than him.” Nick Wright spoke about Joe Burrow and Josh Allen on ‘First Things First’ on Wednesday.
.@getnickwright thinks Josh Allen’s performance through the playoffs and MVP award elevated him over Burrow 👀

Joe Burrow managed a total of 4,918 passing yards in the 2024 NFL season and the quarterback hopes to help his team improve their record in the upcoming football year. Burrow and the Bengals will be kicking off their 2025 campaign with a matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Joe Burrow Could Have Been A Serial Killer According To Former Coach
In a parallel universe, Joe Burrow could have been a serial killer, according to his youth basketball coach, who is also a sociology professor. Apparently, the coach told Burrow’s parents that their son’s temperament and blood pressure never change, which is one of the most common personality traits of well-known serial killers.

The coach also remarked that Burrow could have been the next ‘Dexter’, but fortunately,y he has managed to use his talents for good. It definitely looks like Joe Burrow’s serial killer-like instinct has helped him with his NFL career. Upon watching his games, the quarterback rarely shows much emotion or reaction on the field, even while winning or losing.
