Former US President Joe Biden has been reported to have been diagnosed with an “aggressive” prostate cancer, and despite the case being serious, analyst Stephen A. Smith has a point he wanted people to think about.
In one of the recent episodes of “The Stephen A. Smith Show,” the ESPN analyst raised suspicions about the behavior of the Democratic Party, in light of the recent announcement regarding the cancer diagnosis of Joe Biden.
“In the interest of full disclosure, I think it’s important to point out that hearing of his diagnosis doesn’t come with its own suspicions. It is not about him. Once again, it’s about the Democratic Party. You did find yourself thinking, well, how well was he before the other day? How much or how bad off was he before we learned this news?
“Do you know who they could be compared to? Lance Armstrong. You remember the cyclist extraordinaire, seven-time Tour de France winner. [He] was accused of performance enhancement use for years. And what did he do? He terrorized the accusers, knowing he was lying.”
“What did the Democratic party do when people brought up Joe Biden and his debilitation? They didn’t just deny it. They attacked and attempted to ostracize those who would dare question it. And come to find out, how so many knew all along. And not only did they not admit it, they condemned those who said so. That’s how I’m comparing them to Lance Armstrong. Think about it.”

Joe Biden Faces Aggressive Prostate Cancer Diagnosis, Reviewing Treatment Options
Former U.S. President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, which has spread to his bones. His personal office confirmed the diagnosis, stating that Biden had been experiencing urinary symptoms before undergoing medical evaluation.
Doctors determined that his cancer had a Gleason score of 9, indicating a highly aggressive form of the disease. Despite the severity, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective management through treatment.

Biden and his family are currently consulting with physicians to determine the best course of action. Experts note that while bone metastasis is serious, advancements in hormonal and chemotherapy treatments have significantly improved patient outcomes.
Biden, who has long been an advocate for cancer research, expressed gratitude for the support he has received, stating that he and Jill Biden have always found strength in difficult times. His diagnosis has reignited discussions about his health during his presidency, particularly after concerns arose during the 2024 election cycle.

Despite stepping away from the political spotlight, Joe Biden remains committed to his fight against cancer, a cause he championed during his time in office. His Cancer Moonshot initiative, launched in 2016, aimed to reduce cancer-related deaths by 50% over 25 years.
