Jason Whitlock Bluntly Expresses Desire To See Shedeur Sanders Flop During Raiders Showdown in Week 12

Jason Whitlock has always been one of the biggest critics when it comes to Deion and his son Shedeur Sanders. He has always bluntly spoken about how they are overhyped and don’t deserve the recognition they get.

As Shedeur Sanders gears up to make his first NFL start against the Las Vegas Raiders in week 12 after waiting for 11 weeks to get his opportunity, Whitlock didn’t hold back in expressing his desire to see the ex-Colorado star fail.

Whitlock tweeted that he believes Shedeur Sanders to be a bad influence on the culture, just like many people root against individuals like Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and George Bush.

He further explained that he believes Shedeur represents entitlement, victimhood, and racial idolatry, while others might believe he represents black empowerment, hip hop culture, and more.

“Absolutely. I’m not ashamed of that. I want him to flop because I think his success would send a horrible message to young kids that arrogance, uh, radical materialism, bravado, uh, entitlement, playing the victim is all a good thing.
I don’t want young people to think that, hey, I got to dress up like a rapper. I have to make rap songs. I have to buy big gold chains. I have that all of this is positive. I have to talk in a way that makes me sound ghetto, even though I’ve never once seen the ghetto. I am Deion Sanders’s son. I grew up in great wealth and great affluence. I’m actually privileged because my father was a multi-millionaire and because my father had the availability to coach me all along the way.” Whitlock explained further in his Youtube video.

Cam Newton Blasts Kevin Stefanski for Mistreating Shedeur Sanders

Cam Newton has repeatedly put Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski on blast for not treating Shedeur Sanders like he should be.

During his latest 4th&1 appearance, Newton said that Stefanski has never coached a player like Shedeur Sanders, and claimed that the reason for the disconnect between them is relatability.

Newton further said that it’s extremely clear that Stefanski doesn’t want to see the ex-Colorado star win, as he is not like Kirk Cousins or Dillon Gabriel.

“When he comes off after first down and does this (flexing watch celebration)…it is not a distraction, bro. You’ve got to understand that. This has been a problem in the NFL and college because players are not being understood. This isn’t necessarily about Black and white, more about being understood.”

“I don’t think Kevin Stefanski understands Shedeur Sanders. I don’t think he really wants to understand Shedeur Sanders.” Newton added.

Newton also called out Stefanski for not giving Shedeur any first-team reps before the Ravens game, meanwhile claiming Dillon Gabriel got the opportunity to take first-team reps as a backup to Joe Flacco.
