Jason Kelce recently opened up on the relationship he shared with his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, during a golf tournament. While both brothers did indeed play at a time in the National Football League, their sibling bond was not highlighted much during that time.

However, their brotherhood has been in the news a lot more after the siblings released their podcast ‘New Heights’ some time back. In fact, Kelce did recently remark that working on the podcast together has actually brought the brothers closer together than they were before.
“Travis and I have been close for a long time. Now with the podcast, we talk to each other more than we ever have. We loved each other growing up. We still love each other. Now it’s more like peer to peer, whereas growing up, being the older brother, it was a little bit different. He’s a great uncle. I think we try to share the right amount on the internet, the viral moments and whatnot. But you also try to keep some of the stuff private… We’re a family that loves each other, we love being around each other, and it’s good to sit down and talk once a week.” Jason Kelce spoke about his relationship with his brother, Travis Kelce.

Jason Kelce’s podcast with his brother, Travis Kelce, is one of the most popular sports podcasts out there today. The podcast has also had several high-profile guests, including retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and even Hollywood star, Brad Pitt.
Jason Kelce’s Brother Also Speaks Out On His Sibling Bond
Not only Jason Kelce, but his brother Travis Kelce was also asked about their relationship. Of course, just like Jason, Travis also had nothing but good things to say about their relationship and even went on to reveal the reason as to why he wears the jersey number, 87. Jason Kelce was born in 1987, for which his little brother, Travis Kelce, continues to honor him with this particular jersey in his football career with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Travis Kelce also reiterated that there is a legacy behind the two brothers who play football all because Jason Kelce started it all off. Jason Kelce kicked off his NFL career in 2011 when the Eagles bagged him in the sixth round.
