Former professional football player Jason Kelce recently discussed Kansas City’s latest win against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chiefs seemed to be handed their win when the Raiders made a nasty mistake after a miscue by center Andre James. Instead of waiting for quarterback Aidan O’Connell to get set with the ball, James hiked the ball, causing it to fall and making it easy for the Chiefs to grab the fumble in the very last seconds of the game.
Fans and analysts were quite vocal about James’ mistake, which cost the Raiders the game. Las Vegas lost with a final score of 19-17, with QB Aidan O’Connell completing 23 passes out of 35 for 340 yards, scoring twice. Sincere McCormick led the rushing with 12 carries for 64 yards, while Brock Bowers defended with ten receptions for 140 yards.
Among those who called out Andre James for his silly error was Jason Kelce, brother of Travis Kelce, who currently plays for the Chiefs. Kelce also played center for the Philadelphia Eagles when he played professionally in the NFL, and thus knows quite a bit about this tricky, yet crucial position.

Kelce did not seem to be blaming Andre James like others on social media. Instead, he empathized with the Las Vegas center, despite his own brother playing for the opposite team. In that game, Kansas City’s QB Patrick Mahomes went for 306 yards, completing 24 passes out of 46 attempts, scoring once, while Isaiah Pacheco led the rushing with seven carries for 44 yards. DeAndre Hopkins took charge of the defense with four receptions for 90 yards.
