Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase once again fueled speculations about his personal life, as he posted a mystery girl on social media and hinted at a romantic relationship with her.
In a story on Instagram, Ja’Marr Chase posted a photo of himself with a mystery woman, whose face cannot be seen in the post. More than the photo, his caption sealed the rumors that she may be his newest love interest.
“Happy Birthday 2 my baby,” he captioned his story.

Chase’s since-validated public relationship was with Los Angeles-based model, Ambar Nicole, a romance that ended in 2021 amid a flurry of legal issues and public accusations, and gained substantial attention at the time of the breakup.
Since then, Chase has kept his personal life mostly private and remained clear of anything confirmed or long-term, but has appeared only focused on football. He has made his case as one of the most dominant offensive players in the NFL.
In June 2025, Chase briefly renewed speculation about his love life when he posted an Instagram story that was candid and showed him getting sweet with Pilates instructor and social media influencer Deja Hiott, including a kiss on her cheek. That brought some speculation that they had started a romantic relationship, but neither confirmed by Chase nor Hiott and they did not do anything else together that was publicly acknowledged.
Did The Ja’Marr Chase Contract Place the Bengals on a Tighter Salary Cap?
Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase still figures in the long-term direction of the franchise after he signed a historic four-year, $161 million contract extension in March. The extension at the time made him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

Although the extension doesn’t kick in until next season, it shows the franchise’s desire to maintain its offensive core and how much confidence they have in star quarterback Joe Burrow, who is also the second-highest-paid player in the league. Chase’s deal is one of many high-profile moves Cincinnati made in the offseason in an effort to maintain their trajectory toward a title.
The Bengals also locked in teammate Tee Higgins to a four-year, $115 million extension after placing the franchise tag on him for a second consecutive year. Both of these deals were made during the offseason leading to 2025. With this, Hendrickson was able to get a renewed contract for this season.

The team is now locked into enormous contracts for its talented top offensive players, making the pressure to convert that investment into playoff wins monumental. Early in the 2025 season, Ja’Marr Chase’s success will be integral in figuring out if the Bengals can take advantage of their stars and win the franchise’s first Super Bowl.
