“It’s been huge. And it goes both ways. I mean, he’s the Swiss Army knife of our defense right now. You’re going to see him play in every position. You’re going to see him play a man. And any time those guys lock down just for an extra half a second, we love it because it allows us to get to the quarterback.” T.J. Jalen Ramsey’s Trade From Miami Dolphins Was Indeed Shocking
While Jalen Ramsey seems to be doing pretty well with the Pittsburgh Steelers at this point in the offseason, his sudden trade from the Miami Dolphins was definitely not well-received at the start. Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith were both traded by the Miami Dolphins to the Steelers in return for safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Ramsey was criticized by some analysts for playing with several different teams during the length of his NFL career and that he is definitely not a dependable player. However, it looks like Ramsey is getting along very well with his teammates and is predicted to churn out better stats for the team in the 2025 NFL season. Ramsey’s trade partner, Jonnu Smith, seems to be doing equally well with the Steelers.
