Jalen Milroe is being hailed as the fastest upcoming quarterback in the NFL, and the 22-year-old talent has no qualms about this. Milroe impressed everyone in the recent combine with his 40-yard dash which he completed in 4.40 seconds.
While Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson did the same six seconds faster, Milroe was still called the fastest quarterback by Andrew Berry, Cleveland Browns general manager. Berry even went on to claim that Milroe can easily beat Lamar Jackson in a race. On Monday, Milroe appeared on ‘Up & Adams’ and was asked if he felt that he was the fastest quarterback, to which the young QB had nothing but two words.
“I agree.” Jalen Milroe said on ‘Up & Adams’ when he was asked if he was faster than Lamar Jackson.

Jalen Milroe last played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide from 2021 to 2024. In his senior year for the team, Milroe threw for a total of 2,844 yards, scoring 16 touchdowns while managing 11 interceptions.
In the upcoming NFL draft which commences on Thursday, Jalen Milroe is expected to be one of the top quarterback prospects. Among the various teams which have shown interest in him, Milroe seems like he wants to play for the New York Giants. Last week, Milroe had a private workout with the team.

Jalen Milroe Eager To Play With New York Giants, While Las Vegas Raiders Show Interest In Him
Jalen Milroe seems to have fixed his future team to be the New York Giants. If he does indeed join the Giants, Milroe will join the locker room with other veteran quarterbacks like Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston, both of whom are new additions to the team.

The New York Giants had a shabby season last year and are desperate to improve their record in the upcoming one. The Giants finished fourth in the NFC East after winning three games and losing 14. In their final game of the season, the New York Giants played against the Philadelphia Eagles and lost abysmally, 20-13.

However, it looks like the New York Giants are not the only team who are showing major interest in Jalen Milroe. According to recent reports, the Las Vegas Raiders too are eyeing Milroe for their roster. It is true that the Raiders have already signed Geno Smith during the offseason. But, Milroe might bring to the Raiders what Smith cannot do, i.e. stardom.
