Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback’s on-field abilities have been closely discussed lately as various sources dropped their QB rankings. In most of the lists, Hurts has not been named as one of the top quarterbacks in the league, despite the 26-year-old taking his team to the Super Bowl earlier this year and winning the Lombardi Trophy.

However, Hurts seems to have a strong fan in none other than retired NFL safety Ryan Clark. In a recent episode of ‘Get Up’, Clark expressed his excitement for Hurts’ future in the National Football League, remarking that the player was the sole reason as to why the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl after all, even going on to compare him with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
“Do you know why the Philadelphia Eagles walked off the field victorious? Because Jalen Hurts, when it was time to make a winning play, used his legs and got in the end zone… That’s football! That’s execution! That’s greatness! …If we’re talking about greatness, then Jalen Hurts is greater than Josh Allen.” Ryan Clark spoke about Jalen Hurts and Josh Allen on Monday’s episode of ‘Get Up’ on ESPN.
While Jalen Hurts has indeed been hailed as a pretty talented quarterback, according to several sports pundits, Josh Allen from the Buffalo Bills has ranked higher in almost every list. Allen has been with the Buffalo Bills since the 2018 season but has not won even one Super Bowl. On the other hand, Hurts was signed by the Eagles in the 2020 draft and has won one Super Bowl ring along with being crowned Super Bowl MVP.

Jalen Hurts Trolled For Not Wearing Super Bowl Ring
Speaking of Super Bowl rings, Jalen Hurts was recently condemned for not wearing his at the recent ring ceremony. While the rest of the Philadelphia Eagles players showed off their new ice, Hurts visibly did not wear the Super Bowl ring, which has been called out by numerous fans on social media.

Jalen Hurts did pose with the ring sitting in the box in a number of pictures. However, no picture was taken with the starting quarterback actually wearing his new piece of jewelry. While some social media users trolled Hurts for not showing respect by wearing the Super Bowl ring, others still went on to state that the quarterback was simply staying humble. Still others remarked that the ring may not fit his fingers.
