Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys tight end’s fiancée Haley Cavinder, was one of many who were delighted to see Patrick Mahomes’ family at the preseason finale between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears. Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, shared an adorable Instagram post with their two oldest kids, Sterling and Bronze, who attended the preseason finale.
Brittany Mahomes and two of her kids with Patrick Mahomes were more than delighted to see the quarterback score one touchdown for the team in the third preseason game. Despite Mahomes’ prowess on the field, the Chiefs ultimately lost to the Chicago Bears with a close 29-27 final score.
“Every year is different with my babies. I get so excited taking them to the first game and seeing how much more they understand and enjoy watching their dad play! This year is gonna be a good one.” Brittany Mahomes captioned her Instagram post.

Jake Ferguson and Haley Cavinder got engaged earlier this year, and the tight end will soon be getting ready for his fourth season with the Dallas Cowboys. Last month, Ferguson cracked a four-year extension with the Cowboys for a sum of $52 million.
The Dallas Cowboys finally managed to break their two-game losing streak in the preseason by winning against the Atlanta Falcons in the third game over the weekend. The Cowboys will be soon kicking off their 2025 regular season with a matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1.
Jake Ferguson’s Dallas Cowboys Continue Drama With Micah Parsons
On another note, Jake Ferguson’s team, the Dallas Cowboys, is still continuing its drama with linebacker Micah Parsons. Parsons put in a trade request sometime back after his contract extension negotiations went sour with the team owner, Jerry Jones. However, it looks like the drama is far from over, and the Cowboys are still keen on keeping Parsons on their roster.
Things have become quite heated with the regular season hardly a few days away. Still, business mogul Jerry Jones is known to hold on to his purse strings very tightly and has even awarded contracts to players just hours before the season can start. Starting quarterback Dak Prescott is a prime example of Jones’ behavior.
According to Jerry Jones himself, Micah Parsons is not going anywhere and the team will try their best to retain him. Ultimately, it all boils down to money. While Jones may have definitely offered a historic deal for the linebacker, the number may not have been so good for the talented player, on whom the Cowboys’ defense is essentially resting.
