Four-star wide receiver Jaquaize Pettaway announced his commitment to the University of Oklahoma. Pettaway chose the Sooners over the Texas Longhorns and Ole Miss Rebels.
The Longhorns had Pettaway on the top of their recruiting list but failed to reel in the Texas native. The WR will join first-year head coach Brent Venables’ program.
Cale Gundy earns credit for the recruitment of Jaquaize Pettaway. Employed on Oklahoma’s staff since 1999, Gundy has brought in big names to the Sooners such as Adrian Peterson, Marvin Mims, and CeeDee Lamb.
