About Jackson Wade
Jackson Wade will be committing to Florida as a preferred walk on (PWO). PWOs have the benefit at many schools of forgoing open tryouts at the beginning of the school year, a more guaranteed seat on the bus to away games, and whatever other perks each school chooses to provide. The incentives vary widely from campus to campus (InformedAthlete.com).
Wade emphatically tweeted several more times. Some graphics (or memes) were in response to other recruits joining the 2022 team, others were excitement at his own prospective Gator-hood.
Regardless, Wade seems to be a young firecracker, excited to join his teammates in the Swamp.
Wade attends North Paulding High School in Dallas, Georgia. He joined the varsity team in August of 2021. Jackson Wade plays wide receiver, and his jersey number is 5. He is slated to graduate high school in 2023.
