While J.J. McCarthy celebrates his seven-year anniversary with his fiancée, Katya Kuropas, the quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings will also be looking forward to getting back on the field after injuring his ankle in the second game of the season.
After his injury was analyzed to be a pretty severe one, Viking fans were disappointed to know that their favorite quarterback will be out for a few more weeks. While McCarthy continues to work on his rehab, the Vikings continue to push forward without him.

J.J. McCarthy’s Injury Gives Carson Wentz More Prominence
While J.J. McCarthy’s high-ankle sprain originally meant trouble for the Minnesota Vikings, the quarterback’s injury has turned out to be a blessing for someone else, Carson Wentz. Wentz has found time to shine with the Vikings after McCarthy has been sidelined as a result of his ankle sprain. Despite people casting doubts on J.J., Carson Wentz has actually managed to find his groove and has taken the Vikings to two victories out of the three games he has played as QB1.
Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings still have to recover after playing two international games back-to-back. The recent showdown against the Browns not only saw the Vikings winning with an impressive score, but also disappointed numerous fans who did not get a ticket as a result of the failure of the OnePass app. Many fans took to social media to voice their complaints, especially since they will not be able to attend any other NFL match in their region until next season.
