After the game, the sixth overall pick from the LSU Tigers in the 2024 NFL Draft spoke to the media. Last week, the Giants decided to bench Daniel Jones for Tommy DeVito and many thought that a lot of the issues were going to go away, but it hasn’t. Nabers said after the game:

“It’s not the quarterback.”

This is about the issues with the Giants right now. There is a lot more blame to go around with this team than the roster. A lot of the issues can be on head coach Brian Daboll and also general manager Joe Schoen. It is going to be interesting to see how the final six weeks of the regular season for New York, especially since they will face the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving.

Although he’s still seeing plenty of targets, New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 3.

The Giants defense also was embarrassed against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Baker Mayfield. Shane Bowen was exactly not a great hire for head coach Brian Daboll this offseason. Malik Nabers and the rest of the team are going to have to deal with the bad for the next six weeks. The New York Giants could be starting all over again once the 2024 season ends.
