Former Ohio State Buckeyes running back TreVeyon Henderson plays for the New England Patriots. He was a big part of the Ohio State who won the entire thing last season.

Well, he interviewed with Scott Van Pelt on ESPN after the Patriots 27-14 win on Thursday night football against the New York Jets. Henderson said about this year’s Buckeyes team, “I think [Ohio State] is gonna win the chip again.” For now, they are the number one team in the nation and have a 9-0 record and are on track to be the number one seed in the playoffs.
Fans React To Former Ohio State Buckeyes Running Back TreVeyon Henderson’s Statement

There are a lot of different interesting reactions about the former Buckeyes running back comments about Ohio State potentially winning it all again this season. This is what some fans had to say about it on Twitter:
confidence like this from a star running back can be contagious because suddenly the Buckeyes’ locker room feels electric and every opponent knows they’re walking into a squad that genuinely expects to dominate

TreVeyon’s confidence is admirable, but “again” implies the rest of the country just sits back and watches. That chip has a lot of suitors.

confidence like that is half the battlewatch out, opponents, the vibes already unstoppable.

Bad time to be tested is in the playoffs. The won’t go past their first game.

Even though this team has not lost since the Michigan Wolverines game of last season, Ohio State has not been battle tested much. There is a chance that they are battle tested against Michigan. This season, the Buckeyes should be 12-0 and face the Indiana Hoosiers at 12-0 in the BIG10 title game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
No matter what happens for the rest of the regular season, the Buckeyes are going to be the favorites to win the national title. There is no question that Henderson is rooting for his boys in Columbus, Ohio to win another national title for head coach Ryan Day also.
