The LSU Tigers fired head coach Brian Kelly on Sunday night, and they are looking for their next head coach. It is going to be interesting to see who LSU will hire as its next head coach.

Eli Drinkwitz of the Missouri Tigers and Lane Kiffin of the Ole Miss Rebels are two potential candidates for the LSU coaching job. There could be some other under the radar names to be the next LSU coach. Well, Ed Orgeron used to be the head coach for LSU from 2016-2021. He won a national title with them during the 2019 season. Is there a chance that he could potentially return and be the next head coach for the Tigers?
LSU Tigers HC Ed Orgeron Would Love To Return As Head Coach Of This Football Program

Notre Dame Vs Stanford Football
Orgeron was interviewing with Evan Cohen of ESPN Radio. Cohen is on Unsportsmanlike Radio on ESPN. The former LSU head coach interviewed with him and said about potentially returning to the program to be a head coach again,
“I’d love to. Are you kidding me? I just gotta get in my truck, I’ll be there today!”
It would be interesting to see however if the Tigers would want to bring him back. LSU probably would not want to bring him back. They are probably going to head in a different direction at head coach. It would be an interesting and wild story if this football program brought him back as head coach. However, Orgeron coaching in college football again may not happen though however also.
