Sunday February 1 was a quiet Sunday on the sports calendar before Super Bowl LX takes place between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots in Santa Clara, California. One of the biggest stories about the Super Bowl this season is who is performing at the halftime show. Bad Bunny will be the halftime show performer during the Super Bowl this season. There has been some backlash from outsiders that he should not be doing the halftime show because of his criticisms of ICE.

On Sunday night, the Grammy’s took place on CBS. There were a lot of people who spoke out publicly about ICE and it has been one of the most polarizing topics in the country at this moment. A lot of people are thrilled that this was talked about and there were a lot of people who were not happy about it. Bad Bunny received an award during the Grammy’s on Sunday night, and he spoke to the crowd after receiving his award.

Bad Bunny won album of the year at the 2026 Grammy Awards. When he got his award, he got onto the stage and spoke out about ICE. We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we are humans and we are Americans.” He received a huge standing ovation from the crowd at the Grammy’s.
