The New York Giants are 2-8 this season and it appears they may not win another game this season after they lost to the Carolina Panthers 20-17 in overtime in Germany on Sunday. The Giants will be entering Week 11 on a bye week and have many questions about the future of the organization.
It appears as if the New York Giants will bench Daniel Jones before the end of the 2024 season and play either Drew Lock or Tommy DeVito at quarterback. The Giants have gotten worse every single season under head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter Goes Onto Pat McAfee’s Show And Drops Bombshell Report About the Future Of the New York Giants
On Monday afternoon, ESPN’s Adam Schefter went onto the Pat McAfee show and discussed a lot of hot topics around the NFL. One of the teams that has a questionable future is the New York Giants. Many fans are questioning head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen. Adam Schefter said about the Giants:
“If the draft were today the New York Giants would have the number one overall pick.. I don’t know that anybody is safe in New York and I think anything is possible there.”
There is no question that the Giants would either draft quarterback Shedeur Sanders from Colorado or Cam Ward from Miami with the number one overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Many New York fans are rooting for the team to tank for the rest of the season.
Some also don’t trust Schoen to draft the right franchise quarterback for the future after doubling down on Daniel Jones. It will be interesting to see if Brian Daboll and Schoen stay or not after this season.

If the New York Giants were to clean house again, it would be interesting to see who they would hire as head coach and general manager. The problem with the Giants ever since Eli Manning and Tom Coughlin were not around is owner John Mara.
