Last season, the Houston Texans struck gold by drafting quarterback C.J. Stroud from Ohio State with the second pick in the draft.
Stroud took the Texans to the playoffs last season and even won a game against the Cleveland Browns before they were bounced in the divisional round by the Baltimore Ravens.
C.J Stroud Improves Country Music Singers Mental Health
The Texans opened their 2024 season with a 2-0 start, and Stroud looks like one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL; there is a chance the Texans could win the Super Bowl this season.
Houston had a few losing years in a row before they drafted Stroud, and many Texans fans are so happy they were able to land the franchise quarterback.
One of the biggest Houston Texans fans is country music singer Parker McCollum, and he is thankful that Stroud came into his life.
On Friday, the singer responded to a tweet that stated, “Name something that massively improved your mental health.” McCollum stated C.J. Stroud.

Many football fans take the sport seriously, and when their team is winning, they are in a much better mood than when their team is losing.
Many people find happiness in their sports teams’ success, and it’s nice to see that even though McCollum is a great singer and has so much success in the country music world, he still loves his sports teams and wants to see them do well.
It will be interesting to see how far the Houston Texans can go this season, and there is a great chance they will be playing the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC title game this season.
