The Houston Texans held practice sessions on Wednesday and Thursday and will wrap up the week on Friday. After that, the team travels to Nashville to face off against the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium on Sunday afternoon for Week 11 of the regular season. With one day of practice remaining, all eyes were on whether their Pro Bowler would clear the concussion protocol.
Houston Texans’ Pro Bowl signal caller has not played since Week 9

C.J. Stroud suffered a concussion in the second quarter of Week 9 against the Denver Broncos after a hard hit that caused his head to hit the turf. He missed the remainder of the game and was unable to practice last week, causing him to sit out Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. For Stroud to play, he must complete the five phases of the concussion protocol, which includes Symptom-Limited Activity, Aerobic Exercise, Football-Specific Exercise, Club-Based Non-Contact Training Drills, and Full Football Activity/Clearance by INC.
