The Cleveland Browns finished with a 3-14 record during the 2024 NFL season and are looking to improve in 2025. Cleveland’s offense could be one of the worst in the NFL in 2025, especially since there are major question marks about the quarterback position and also the wide receiver position as well.

There won’t be many questions about the defense entering this season because they have cornerstone pieces like defensive end Myles Garrett, cornerback Denzel Ward, and rookie defensive tackle Mason Graham. There is a chance that the defense could get worn down because of how bad the offense could be. Is there a way that the Browns could fix the offense before the 2025 NFL season?

After the news broke that Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin has requested a trade from the team on Thursday, Browns star cornerback Ward decided to go to Twitter and try making a recruiting pitch to McLaurin. Ward said on his Twitter page,

Well, Ward is trying to get McLaurin to the Browns. However, the thing is, why would McLaurin want to go from Jayden Daniels to something unproven at the quarterback position with Cleveland? Well, Ward can try and recruit him to the Browns all he wants, but the Commanders are probably going to try and find a way to give McLaurin a long-term contract extension.
