The New York Giants fanbase was eagerly waiting to find out on Thursday night if Eli Manning was going to be in the Hall of Fame this year or not. This was the first year that Manning was on the ballot.
He won two Super Bowls and two Super Bowl MVPs. Eli Manning finished with also zero MVP awards during his NFL career as well. The Giants have had a difficult time replacing Manning ever since he retired from the NFL.

On Thursday, there were only four people who got inducted into the Hall of Fame for 2025. Eric Allen, Jared, Sterling Sharpe, and Antonio Gates were the only ones who got into this year’s class after eight got in a year ago. This class sparked a major uproar from NFL fans and it felt like more players should have gotten in.
It will be interesting to see if more players will get in for the Class of 2026. The Class of 2026 is potentially loaded.

Everyone seems to be outraged by this. With this being over with for now, it will be interesting to see when Manning will get into the Hall of Fame. Hopefully, the New York Giants fanbase will see it happen sooner rather than later also.
