The Las Vegas Raiders enter the 2025 NFL season with winning expectations. Las Vegas made many moves this offseason to improve its roster.
The Raiders decided hire Pete Carroll as head coach and Chip Kelly as offensive coordinator. Las Vegas also traded for quarterback Geno Smith from the Seattle Seahawks and drafted running back Ashton Jeanty from the Boise State Broncos with the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. One person who is playing close attention to what is going on during Raiders training camp this summer is minority owner Tom Brady.

If Brady was actually the quarterback for Las Vegas instead of Smith, would the Raiders be the favorites to win the division over the Kansas City Chiefs? Well, that would be a major story because Brady did not play well in his final NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before he retired from the league.
The one thing that he has done during his NFL career is beat Patrick Mahomes. Instead, Brady will be get to be watching the Raiders practice and prepare for the 2025 NFL season. He needs to hope that Las Vegas will be a better team during the 2025 NFL season. A lot of fans felt like he had the fingerprints for the moves that the Raiders made this offseason to be better, despite being a broadcaster for FOX Sports.
