As San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle prepares for his ninth season in the NFL, part of his offseason efforts has been his training regimen to improve his physical strength and form. With that said, his wife was not able to help but gush over her shirtless training video.
Over at Instagram, Claire, wife of 49ers tight end George Kittle, shared one of his training moments where he was doing workouts shirtless. The video showed off his improved physique, which his wife apparently has been gushing over.
“Dibs,” Claire captioned her Instagram story.
The San Francisco 49ers’ offseason camp has become especially relevant this 2025 offseason following the disappointment of 6–11 last season and missing the playoffs for the first time since 2020.

This year, with five additional weeks to rest, mainstays like George Kittle, Fred Warner, and even usually apathetic offseason participants like Nick Bosa and Trent Williams, came to camp early and consistently during the offseason, which helped reinforce a culture of accountability and renewed urgency.
George Kittle Hypes Up The Return of Familiar Face for Defense
San Francisco 49ers star tight end George Kittle recently hyped the fan base up with the news of the return of Robert Saleh as the team’s defensive coordinator.
Speaking on “The Rich Eisen Show,” Kittle issued a stern warning, saying that “violence is coming” with Saleh back in charge of defense. Saleh was part of the 49ers’ 2019 Super Bowl run, and Kittle praised Saleh’s football mind and motivational fire, calling him “inspiring” and “really, really smart.”

Saleh was re-hired by the 49ers earlier this year, following his challenging time as the head coach of the New York Jets, where he posted a 20–36 record. As her returns to his former home, Saleh has expressed his determination to restore San Francisco’s defensive skills after the unit’s noticeable decline last season, when they plummeted to 28th in scoring defense. Kittle expressed hope that Saleh’s return could be the key factor in bringing back the spark to the team and making them a strong Super Bowl contender once more.
In the same interview, Kittle praised Saleh for being “good at his job.”
“He knows what he’s talking about, he’s inspiring, he gets the boys fired up, and he just happens to also be really, really smart.”
With that said, the tight end expressed that he and the 49ers are all pumped to have their defensive coordinator back, and that Saleh “is going to get the boys fired up.”

Last season, George Kittle led the league’s tight ends in yards per reception and was one of the two players to go past the 1,000-yard mark.
