The Florida Gators football team will be having its spring game between the blue team and the orange team on Saturday with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. It is going to be a crazy Saturday in Gainsville, Florida.

Florida Gators Star Micah Handlogten Takes Frustration To Twitter

On Friday, Gators center Micah Handlogten posted on his Twitter page:
halftime show is crazy work 🤦🏼♂️

It is interesting that they are not doing this after the game or before the game, but instead during halftime. Florida should have done it after the game instead of doing it in the middle of the game. They had a boat parade in San Antonio, Texas after they won the National Title against Houston on Monday night.
Florida basketball was honored on Tuesday when they came back home with the championship trophy which was held by point guard Walter Clayton Jr. and head coach Todd Golden also spoke. Gators head football coach Billy Napier has showed his support for the basketball team during the NCAA Tournament.

The football game should be the halftime show for the championship celebration

A lot of the players and fans are not happy that the Gators men’s basketball team is not getting a bigger celebration. Scott Stricklin, the athletic director for Florida, has also received a lot of heat from the fanbase for doing it during the halftime of the spring football game. Florida fans will hope to see quarterback D.J. Lagway put on a show during the spring game on Saturday, but they want to see more of the basketball championship celebration also.
